The Property Caretaker supports a portfolio of vacation rental properties, handling property management, owner/guest relations, maintenance, and housekeeping. This role requires cross-functional teamwork and a commitment to exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities
Assist in daily operations of assigned properties
Respond to guest and homeowner concerns
Perform light home maintenance
Conduct property inspections
Assist with onboarding new properties
Support team as needed
Requirements
Experience in hotel/hospitality/vacation rental industry preferred
