Job Description

This role involves performing general repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting issues for vacation rental properties to ensure exceptional guest and owner experiences. The technician will coordinate with vendors, participate in on-call coverage, and maintain company standards for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks in common areas
• Ensure homes are well-maintained with repairs and preventative maintenance
• Respond to guest maintenance issues
• Perform snow removal, landscaping, and cleaning
• Maintain pools and hot tubs
• Collect and remove trash
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Communicate with team members and management
• Ensure follow through on assigned tasks

Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation rental industry preferred
• Experience with HVAC systems and pool/spa maintenance
• 2 years of basic property maintenance experience preferred
• Tech-savvy with digital systems and mobile apps
• Reliable personal transportation
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Good communication skills
