Job Description

The General Manager will guide geographically dispersed staff to achieve success across multiple locations, develop emerging leaders, build strong teams, and balance operational efficiency with quality standards to ensure exceptional experiences for owners, guests, and employees.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation industry preferred
  • 3-5 years of operations experience
  • Prior supervisory or management experience
  • Technical computer skills
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Dependable and self-motivated
  • Strong communication skills
