Job Description

The Property Caretaker supports a portfolio of vacation rental properties, handling property management, owner and guest relations, maintenance, and housekeeping. This role requires a proactive individual who can address concerns and contribute to a positive guest and homeowner experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of assigned properties
• Respond to guest and homeowner concerns
• Perform light home maintenance
• Conduct property inspections
• Assist with onboarding new properties
• Support team members as needed

Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation rental industry preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping or maintenance
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with digital systems and mobile apps
• Reliable personal transportation
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills
