Job Description

The Property Caretaker supports a portfolio of vacation rental properties, handling property management, owner and guest relations, maintenance, and housekeeping. This role requires a proactive individual who can address concerns, perform light maintenance, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of assigned properties
• Respond to guest and homeowner concerns
• Perform light home maintenance
• Conduct property inspections
• Assist with onboarding new properties
• Support team functions as needed

Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation rental industry preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping or maintenance
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with digital systems and mobile apps
• Reliable personal transportation
• Dependability and self-motivation
• Strong communication skills
