The Fleet Dispatcher supports the operations of the shuttle department, handling incoming calls, dispatching drivers, and ensuring accurate and timely guest service. This is a seasonal, part-time position with varied hours based on business needs.
Responsibilities
Operate phone system and two-way radios
Answer incoming calls and take dispatch ticket information
Fulfill guest requests with shuttle service
Dispatch calls to shuttle drivers
Promote teamwork and quality service
Use a computer to aid in dispatch requests
Log on call runs
Requirements
Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation industry preferred
Prior experience with telephone and two-way radio systems
