Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on vacation rental properties. This role involves coordinating with vendors, on-call coverage, and maintaining high standards for guest satisfaction and property condition.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks and projects
• Ensure homes are well maintained
• Respond to guest maintenance issues
• Coordinate maintenance through tickets
• Negotiate with third-party vendors
• Maintain company standards
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Maintain open communication
• Assist colleagues and management
• Maintain hot tubs
• Collect and remove trash
• Ensure follow through on tasks
• Coordinate with service providers

Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation industry preferred
• 2 years of property maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry
• Tech-savvy with digital systems and mobile apps
• Excellent time management skills
• Highly responsive and reliable
• Reliable personal transportation
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Clear communication skills
