Job Description

The Front Desk Specialist serves as the primary contact for guests, vendors, and owners, handling inquiries and coordinating with internal teams to ensure positive experiences and support business growth. This role combines customer service with administrative coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for guests, vendors, and owners
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats
  • Assist with maintenance and housekeeping tickets
  • Verify unit availability for visits

Requirements

  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, or similar industry preferred
