This seasonal role involves being the welcoming face for guests, vendors, and homeowners, handling administrative tasks, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for guests, vendors, and owners
• Answer phone calls, emails, and chats
• Assist with maintenance and housekeeping tickets
• Verify unit availability
• Meet company standards for guest satisfaction
• Identify potential owner leads
• Build relationships with internal support teams
• Handle other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or similar industry preferred
• 1+ year of administrative or customer service experience is a bonus
• Excellent time management skills
• Tech-savvy with digital systems and applications
