The Lead Linen Specialist supports the department management team in the daily operations of the Laundry and Linen program, including team supervision, professional laundry services, and facility upkeep.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and workflow
Supervise and coach Linen Specialists
Maintain laundry facility cleanliness
Receive and verify deliveries
Operate washers and dryers
Sort, fold, and organize laundry items
Prepare supplies for pick-up
Report damage or hazards
Attend team meetings
Assist colleagues and management
Requirements
Experience in hotel, hospitality, or similar industry preferred
