The Sr Housekeeper assists managers in leading and developing a team of housekeepers, optimizing operations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest experience. This role involves hands-on cleaning, inspections, scheduling assistance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory or management experience
• Tech-savvy with digital systems and mobile apps
• Reliable personal transportation
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills
