Job Description

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with vendors, delegating support tickets, participating in on-call coverage, and maintaining company standards for guest satisfaction and efficiency. The role involves travel between vacation rental properties, assisting Maintenance Technicians, and ensuring properties are well-maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance through ticket creation and delegation
  • Negotiate with third-party vendors
  • Maintain company standards for guest and owner satisfaction
  • Participate in on-call rotation for urgent issues
  • Support Maintenance Technicians and Housekeeping
  • Build relationships with internal support teams

Requirements

  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation rental industry preferred
  • Previous maintenance or property caretaker experience ideal
  • Knowledge of basic appliance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry repair
  • Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems and mobile apps
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Dependable and self-motivated
  • Strong communication skills
