Job Description

The Maintenance Lead will oversee daily maintenance operations and teams, performing general repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting issues across multiple vacation rental properties. This role requires coordination with vendors, on-call coverage, and maintaining high standards for guest satisfaction and property condition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow
• Respond to guest maintenance issues
• Order and maintain maintenance supplies
• Schedule and distribute tickets
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Foster a collaborative work environment
• Respond to after-hours calls
• Ensure staff follow through on assignments
• Meet with homeowners regarding repairs
• Maintain hot tubs
• Collect and remove trash
• Maintain maintenance metrics

Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation rental industry preferred
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry
• Prior supervisory or management experience
• Tech-savvy with digital systems and mobile apps
• Reliable personal transportation
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills
