The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the upkeep of vacation rental properties and leading a team of maintenance personnel to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to maintaining properties to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a maintenance team
• Oversee daily maintenance operations
• Foster a collaborative work environment
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding
• Develop relationships with property owners
• Manage budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Maintain maintenance shops and vehicles
• Respond to guest and homeowner concerns
• Perform home maintenance tasks
• Audit/inspect repairs
• Provide cross-coverage

Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation rental industry preferred
• 2-3 years maintenance experience
• Prior supervisory/management experience preferred
• Technical computer skills
• Reliable personal transportation
• Dependability and self-motivation
• Strong communication skills
