Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will travel to multiple vacation rental properties to perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot issues with appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and wifi. This role requires coordination with vendors, on-call coverage, and maintaining high standards for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks and projects at multiple worksites
• Ensure homes are well-maintained with repairs and inspections
• Respond to guest maintenance issues
• Coordinate maintenance through tickets
• Negotiate with third-party vendors
• Maintain company standards for satisfaction and efficiency
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Maintain open communication with team members
• Maintain hot tubs
• Collect and remove trash
• Coordinate with service providers

Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation rental industry preferred
• 2 years of property maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry
• Tech-savvy with digital systems and mobile apps
• Excellent time management skills
• Reliable personal transportation
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Clear communication skills
