The Technical Partner Enablement Manager for Agency and SI Partners is responsible for developing and executing Bloomreach’s agency partner enablement strategy. This role focuses on equipping agency partners to effectively position, sell, and deliver Bloomreach solutions, fostering strong relationships and driving mutual growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute agency partner enablement strategy
• Develop scalable programs and playbooks
• Build relationships with agency technical teams
• Provide tailored demos and support
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Champion agency partner needs
• Curate and distribute enablement materials
• Develop training assets

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in agency enablement or partner management
• Strong understanding of agency business models
• Proven ability to design enablement programs
• Excellent relationship-building skills
