MERIT is seeking a Part-Time Market Trainer in Phoenix, Arizona to educate Sephora staff about the brand and products, execute in-store trainings, and drive sales within designated territories. This field-based role requires building relationships with store teams and ensuring brand standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Represent the MERIT brand and drive in-store sales
• Execute in-store events
• Develop relationships with store teams
• Drive retail sales through side-by-side selling
• Ensure in-store visuals and merchandising standards are met
• Meet in-store visit cadence objectives

Requirements

• Prior in-store field sales experience at Sephora
• Knowledge of the beauty industry
• Strong sales background
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to build/maintain relationships
• Able to work 0-20 hours a week
