Job Description

MERIT is seeking an experienced Regional Sales and Education Executive to lead in-store education, sales execution, and brand advocacy across the Florida and Puerto Rico markets. This role involves championing the brand, driving sales performance, developing training strategies, and building relationships with retail partners.

Responsibilities

  • Represent MERIT brand and drive in-store sales
  • Create store-by-store strategy
  • Plan and execute in-store events
  • Develop store management relationships
  • Negotiate sales opportunities
  • Drive retail sales through side-by-side selling
  • Participate in field team calls
  • Hire, train, and schedule freelancers
  • Manage budgets
  • Achieve territory sales growth
  • Train cast and consultants
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards
  • Manage inventory
  • Submit weekly sales recaps

Requirements

  • 5+ years in beauty, 4+ years in-store field sales at Sephora
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Event planning experience
  • Strategic capabilities

  • Budgeting capabilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Agility in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the beauty industry
