Job Description

Saltbox is seeking a detail-driven Facilities Coordinator to manage ticket workflows, vendor coordination, documentation, and operational support for multiple locations. The role involves ensuring buildings run smoothly, resolving facility-related issues, and maintaining organized records.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for facility requests
  • Prioritize and track work orders
  • Ensure timely issue resolution
  • Maintain ticket workflows
  • Monitor queue performance
  • Audit and maintain facility documents
  • Manage vendor work and compliance
  • Track facility KPIs
  • Support budget tracking
  • Assist with safety checks

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in facilities coordination or property management
  • Understanding of building operations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with ticketing/CMMS systems
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Must live near a Saltbox city
