Saltbox is seeking a Full Time Member Specialist Lead to join their Chamblee team, providing logistics and customer service to members running small to medium-sized e-commerce businesses. The role involves a mix of physical activity, community upkeep, and supporting members with various projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of member specialists
• Train and develop team members
• Assist with sales and onboarding
• Engage with members and provide logistical support
• Receive, unload, and place inventory
• Monitor delivery dock
• Process, package, and ship orders
• Track shipment times
• Ensure building cleanliness and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Parsel, Shopify
