Saltbox is seeking a Location Manager to ensure smooth warehouse operations and support the success of their small business members. This role involves overseeing daily operations, engaging with members, monitoring performance, and leading a team to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage occupancy levels
• Maintain high standards across building spaces
• Manage daily checklists and oversee deliveries
• Conduct tours and onboard new members
• Provide member support for logistical challenges
• Prepare and analyze weekly operational reports
• Lead and develop a team of Member Specialists
• Forecast staffing needs and manage recruitment
• Develop and deliver training programs
• Foster a culture of accountability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, retail, or logistics
• 3+ years of leading teams in physical environments
• Strong customer-focused communication skills
• Strategic problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Hands-on leadership approach
