Job Description

Saltbox is seeking a Member Specialist to support eCommerce businesses by assisting with fulfillment, shipping, member hospitality, and building upkeep. This is a fast-paced, physical, and member-facing role that requires adaptability and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize inventory
• Pick, pack, and ship orders
• Assist with inventory audits and returns
• Track shipments and escalate issues
• Open and close the building
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and shared spaces
• Monitor delivery dock
• Perform facility walkthroughs
• Offer hands-on support to members
• Answer member questions
• Triage service requests
• Represent the Saltbox brand

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable using Slack, Gmail, and MacBooks
• Physical stamina for bending, climbing, and moving inventory
• Prior experience in logistics, fulfillment, or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
