Saltbox is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support fulfillment, shipping, member hospitality, and building upkeep. This is a fast-paced, physical, and member-facing role focused on supporting small business owners and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and organize inventory
Pick, pack, and ship orders
Assist with inventory audits and returns
Track shipments and escalate issues
Open and close the building
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and shared spaces
Monitor delivery dock
Perform facility walkthroughs
Offer member support with logistics
Engage with members and answer questions
Triage member service requests
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable using Slack, Gmail, and MacBooks
Physical stamina for bending, climbing, and moving inventory
Prior experience in logistics, fulfillment, or customer service is a plus
