Job Description

Saltbox is seeking a versatile Warehouse Team Member to support fulfillment, logistics, building upkeep, and member hospitality. This fast-paced, physical role involves assisting small business owners with various tasks, from unloading containers to providing on-site support and maintaining facility cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize inventory
• Pick, pack, and ship orders
• Assist with inventory audits and returns
• Track shipments and escalate issues
• Open and close the building
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and shared spaces
• Monitor delivery dock
• Offer member support with logistics
• Engage with members and answer questions
• Triage member service requests

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable using Slack, Gmail, and MacBooks
• Physical stamina for bending, climbing, and moving inventory
• Prior experience in logistics or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
