Job Description

INFUSE is seeking a creative and strategic Technical Learning Designer to craft impactful learning experiences that combine digital and human interaction. This role involves partnering with subject matter experts to design modern, engaging programs for adult professionals, leveraging instructional design principles and generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design blended learning programs
• Apply andragogy and instructional design principles
• Design and curate blended learning solutions (eLearning, virtual training, etc)
• Ensure instructional consistency, accessibility, and relevance
• Leverage generative AI tools, including custom GPTs
• Manage project timelines and communication

Requirements

• Background in instructional design and AI implementation
• Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations
• Ability to prototype and configure custom GPTs
• Detail-oriented and innovative
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Creative problem-solving skills
