INFUSE is seeking a pragmatic tech lead to transition their AI-powered discovery engine, INKHUB, from prototype to a scalable product. The role involves shipping end-to-end features across ingestion, UI, SEO, and authentication, and requires a hands-on approach to development and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate document crawler
• Extend Flask APIs for page claiming, SSO, and access control
• Finalize React admin dashboard
• Integrate semantic search service into UI
• Enforce SEO best practices
• Harden CI/CD with GitHub Actions
• Add bot-protection
• Monitor latency and error budgets

Requirements

• Shipped/maintained production-grade full-stack app
• Experience with semantic search or API-first products
• Comfortable with frontend, backend, and infra ops
• Focus on clarity, performance, and edge-case handling
• Hands-on and autonomous
