INFUSE is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of new internal systems and business processes to support company growth. The role involves partnering with leadership, defining product roadmaps, managing the product lifecycle, and bridging the gap between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate vision for internal solutions
• Create actionable product roadmaps
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams
• Analyze and improve business processes

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product/Project Management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Understanding of product/project management practices
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in business process optimization
• Fluent in English
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
• No-code/low-code prototyping proficiency is a plus
