Able is seeking a Director of Strategic Consulting to lead and grow client partnerships, focusing on AI implementation and complex software development projects. This role involves managing a team of consultants, shaping deals, and contributing to the company's executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background, experience in AI implementation, and a track record of building and scaling client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client partnerships
• Develop partner strategy for value creation and growth
• Oversee a team of consultants
• Manage partnership financials (forecasting, revenue recognition)
• Shape deals and close new project opportunities
• Contribute to Able’s Executive Leadership team
• Shape the vision for the Strategic Consulting practice
• Grow and nurture a team of consultants

Requirements

• Fluency with software development lifecycle
• Experience leading teams implementing AI
• Experience navigating client environments
• Track record of growing portfolios above $10M
• Commercial acumen to shape deals
• Experience nurturing consultants
• Experience in a fast-growing environment
