Job Description

Able is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead a large engagement with a global biopharma company. This role will focus on ensuring high value creation, partner satisfaction, team health, and quality of delivery. The position involves developing a Partner Development Plan, managing financial performance, and contributing to Able’s Growth Team. The role may transition to fractional, with additional capacity dedicated to new partner acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global biopharmaceutical partnership
  • Ensure high value creation and partner satisfaction
  • Maintain team health and delivery quality
  • Develop and lead a Partner Development Plan
  • Manage account financials, renewals, and expansions
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders
  • Represent the partnership on Able’s Growth Team
  • Model consulting acumen across partner-facing teams

Requirements

  • Seasoned professional services team lead with $5M+ annual partnerships
  • Experience leading software product delivery teams
  • Knowledge of SDLC, data, and AI
  • Strong growth instincts and track record
  • Comfort with AI tools and executive-level communication
  • Problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • High EQ and collaborative abilities
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Enterprise innovation team experience preferred
  • Global team experience preferred
