This onsite role in Union City, CA, involves handling inquiries, documenting communications, collaborating with the laboratory, and contributing to a world-class customer service organization.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues
• Respond to phone, email, and web inquiries
• Handle inquiries about technology, products, services, test results, costs, and insurance
• Document communications and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with the laboratory
• Obtain missing information from test orders
• Enter and qualify customer information into CRM and LIMS systems
• Identify issues and trends
• Participate in cross-functional projects

Requirements

• 1+ years of client-facing experience
• 4-year college degree
• Advanced organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Passion for customer experience
• Ability to analyze complex situations
