BillionToOne is seeking an experienced Vice President of Prenatal Sales to lead and scale their sales team for their flagship product, Unity Complete™. This role has significant responsibility and impact, including full P&L responsibility and oversight of a large team generating over $200M in annual revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Build and scale the sales team
• Lead and mentor sales directors
• Drive revenue growth
• Design territory expansion plans
• Collaborate cross-functionally
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders
• Provide reporting and insights
• Refine sales processes
• Foster a culture of excellence

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive sales leadership in laboratory/diagnostics
• Experience managing 100+ sales representatives
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Experience scaling sales organizations
• Experience in molecular diagnostics, women's health/prenatal preferred
• Understanding of healthcare provider sales cycles
• Success in territory expansion
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience presenting to executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
