Job Description

The Sales Training Manager, Oncology is responsible for the execution of training tasks, including developing market landscape and product knowledge, messaging, selling skills, and territory management expertise for sales teams. This role involves identifying training gaps, collaborating on solutions, and providing consistent in-territory support for new hires, ultimately supporting sales performance and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training materials
  • Lead onboarding for new sales team members
  • Maintain and update training pathways
  • Conduct field rides and performance coaching
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Manage logistics for training programs
  • Support Sales Training ChatBot
  • Lead workshops and training activities
  • Schedule touchpoints with Field Sales Trainers
  • Develop FST utilization processes
  • Compile and deliver best practices
  • Utilize feedback to improve training initiatives
  • Ensure training content is legally compliant

Requirements

  • Oncology diagnostics field sales experience
  • Sales training experience, preferably in oncology
  • Strong clinical and technical acumen in oncology diagnostics
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and develop sales teams
  • Project and deadline management skills
  • Proficiency in video-editing and learning platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field
  • Instructional design knowledge preferred
