BillionToOne is seeking a Regional Manager to build, develop, and lead a sales team focused on bringing their prenatal diagnostic test to OBGYN clinics and practices in the Great Plains region (MN, IA, SD, and ND). The role involves delivering clinical information, influencing test communication, and contributing to market needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven sales strategy
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage sales representatives
• Develop customized pitches for OBGYNs and genetic counselors
• Analyze sales results and industry trends

Requirements

• 4+ years field sales management experience in Women’s Health, Prenatal, or Reproductive Health
• Experience selling to OBGYNs, MFMs, and GCs in the Great Plains
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Strong hiring, coaching, and motivating skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
