Job Description

BillionToOne is seeking a Regional Manager to build, develop, and lead a sales team focused on bringing their single-gene NIPT test to OBGYN clinics in the LA North area. The role involves delivering clinical information, influencing test communication, and contributing to market needs. This is a remote position reporting to the Area Director.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven sales strategy
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage sales representatives
• Develop customized pitches for OBGYNs and genetic counselors
• Analyze sales results and identify industry trends

Requirements

• 4+ years of field sales management experience in Women’s Health, Prenatal, or Reproductive Health
• Experience selling to OBGYNs, MFMs, and GCs
• Strong hiring, development, and coaching skills
• Proven sales track record
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
