Job Description

The Account Support Representative supports the regional sales team by managing and growing accounts, providing customer support, and maintaining client relationships. This field-based role also involves covering open territories and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily needs of the sales team
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
• Onboard and train new customers
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments
• Provide coverage for open territories
• Coordinate sample logistics and marketing materials
• Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and customer support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of sales support or customer-facing experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%)
