Job Description

The Account Support Representative supports the regional sales team by managing and growing accounts, providing customer support, and maintaining client relationships. This field sales position also involves covering open territories and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily needs of the sales team
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
• Assist with onboarding and training new customers
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments
• Provide coverage for open territories
• Coordinate sample logistics and marketing materials
• Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and customer support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of experience in sales support or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%)
