Job Description

BillionToOne is seeking a skilled General Ledger Accountant to manage month-end close processes, reconciliations, and analyses for various functional areas. The role involves vendor management, cash reporting, audit support, and process improvement in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly close journal entries, accruals, reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Prepare and analyze account fluxes
• Oversee vendor management and AP reconciliations
• Manage Expensify entries and reconciliations
• Coordinate daily cash reporting and assist with forecasting
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement
• Support external audits
• Uphold internal controls and influence process improvements
• Provide support for projects and system enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 3–5 years’ combined public and industry accounting experience
• Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel
• Solid understanding of GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley
• Experience in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration
