Job Description

BillionToOne is seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager to lead EMR integration projects, improve clinical workflows, and enhance client satisfaction. This role involves strategic leadership, team management, technical execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable and secure EMR integration infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute EMR integration strategy
• Develop EMR integration roadmap
• Lead EMR integration projects end-to-end
• Manage and mentor EMR integration team
• Oversee EMR integrations across Epic, Cerner, Athena
• Design and optimize EMR workflows
• Enforce security and compliance standards
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Clinical teams
• Provide updates to executive leadership

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare IT, EMR integration, or clinical interoperability
• 2–3 years in a people or project leadership role
• Technical expertise in major EMR platforms and interoperability standards
• Proven track record in delivering integration projects
• Experience managing small-to-mid-sized technical teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with agile project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field preferred
