Job Description

BillionToOne is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to drive technology solutions within the finance function. This role involves administering, optimizing, and integrating financial systems to support scaling operations and ensure public company compliance, acting as a liaison between Accounting, Billing, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial systems administration and support
• Manage NetSuite configurations
• Support system implementation and enhancements
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Assist with data integrity and troubleshooting
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs
• Support monthly/quarterly close cycles
• Maintain systems aligned with internal controls and SOX readiness
• Support audit activities

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience supporting financial systems
• Hands-on NetSuite administration experience preferred
• Experience supporting financial audits and understanding of internal controls
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong understanding of financial processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills
