Job Description

BillionToOne is seeking a Vice President of Medical Affairs, Oncology to lead the execution of all medical affairs and clinical development initiatives for their oncology product line. This role will manage and scale teams responsible for provider education, clinical study strategy, and data-driven insights generation, contributing to provider adoption, payer access, and clinical differentiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead MSL function for provider engagement and medical education
• Design and execute clinical trials
• Oversee generation of clinically actionable insights and publications
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, R&D, Market Access, and Regulatory teams
• Hire, mentor, and develop medical, clinical, and translational teams

Requirements

• M.D. degree required; board-certified Medical Oncologist
• 5+ years of leadership experience in oncology medical affairs and clinical development
• Proven track record of designing and executing clinical studies
• Deep knowledge of medical education, payer evidence requirements, and regulatory expectations
• Exceptional scientific communication and cross-functional leadership skills
