Job Description

The Field Customer Success Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with strategic customers, helping them achieve their business goals through Auctane products and services. This role focuses on workflow optimization, identifying monetization opportunities, and ensuring customer retention through regular in-person visits and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze accounts for workflow deficiencies and growth potential
  • Prioritize field efforts based on customer health data
  • Consult with customers on ShipStation features and integrations
  • Conduct in-person customer visits to provide guidance
  • Resolve issues and communicate application functionality
  • Identify and pursue customer growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer experience
  • Contribute to content marketing efforts

Requirements

  • 4+ years of account management/customer service experience
  • Experience managing SMB customers
  • Experience leading in-person customer visits
  • B2B or SaaS software experience preferred
  • Knowledge of shipping carriers/eCommerce a plus
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D required
  • Local to Oklahoma City Metro Area
