Job Description

The Field Customer Success Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with strategic customers, helping them achieve their business goals through Auctane products and services. This role focuses on workflow optimization, identifying monetization opportunities, and ensuring customer retention through regular in-person visits and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze accounts for workflow deficiencies and optimization opportunities
  • Prioritize field efforts based on customer health data
  • Consult with customers on ShipStation features and integrations
  • Conduct in-person customer visits to provide guidance
  • Resolve issues and communicate application functionality
  • Identify customer growth opportunities and potential savings
  • Collaborate with internal departments for seamless customer experience
  • Partner with Sales to identify growth opportunities
  • Contribute to content marketing efforts

Requirements

  • 4+ years of account management or customer service experience
  • Experience managing SMB customers
  • Experience leading in-person customer visits
  • B2B or SaaS software experience preferred
  • Knowledge of shipping carriers and eCommerce platforms a plus
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D required
  • Local to the Los Angeles Metro Area
