Job Description

Auctane is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Talent Development Specialist (Contract) to support global Talent Development initiatives during a maternity leave coverage. This role focuses on instructional design, learning content creation, and employee development programming, tools, and communications. The contract is for 3 months, beginning in late November and ending in early February, based in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning materials (eLearning, one-pagers, videos, decks)
• Refresh and develop employee learning content
• Maintain learning content on intranet and LMS platforms
• Track learning participation and outcomes
• Coordinate performance review cycles
• Plan and execute company-wide learning events
• Manage scheduling and communications for learning opportunities
• Provide project and administrative support

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
• Proficiency in LMS and intranet platforms (Docebo, Simpplr)
• Experience with Articulate, Canva, and Google Suite
• Skilled in project coordination and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
