Job Description

The Senior Product Manager II at ShipStation is responsible for leading product initiatives from inception to execution, creating value propositions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a delightful fulfillment experience for merchants and partners. This hybrid role is based in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and prioritize product backlog
• Manage product roadmap for Shipping and Automation
• Partner with marketing on go-to-market strategy
• Monitor feature performance
• Translate vision into product requirements
• Create wireframes and specifications
• Conduct competitive analysis
• Manage projects from inception to launch
• Author Knowledge Base articles

Requirements

• Experience launching products for customer growth
• Experience with supply chain, eCommerce, shipping carriers, or related fields
• B2B SaaS product experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 8+ years of product management experience
• Strategic thinking and prioritization skills
• Strong customer focus
• Collaborative relationship building skills
