Job Description

Auctane is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of their insurance and financial services offerings. This role involves product development, business development, and ensuring customer-centric, compliant, and revenue-driving solutions across all Auctane brands globally. The position requires an active brokerage license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for insurance/financial services
• Define KPIs for adoption, revenue, claim resolution, and satisfaction
• Partner with Finance on forecasting and P&L management
• Monitor industry trends and identify new product opportunities
• Build and launch new products and features
• Translate customer needs into requirements
• Develop workflows for rate increases, claims, and communication
• Maintain product documentation
• Act as liaison with insurance/financial partners
• Evaluate and onboard new partners
• Collaborate with Legal for compliance
• Conduct customer research
• Streamline claims resolution processes
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support
• Manage insurance/financial services P&L
• Approve vendor invoices
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulations

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, or logistics technology
• Experience building customer-facing financial/risk products
• Knowledge of insurance workflows and shipping/fulfillment ecosystem
• Proven ability to negotiate with partners and manage regulated products
• Strong analytical skills and P&L management experience
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Insurance license or willingness to obtain
