The Major Account Manager is responsible for driving growth within a portfolio of top shipping clients, retaining volume, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to deliver successful outcomes for key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a strategic book of business and increase portfolio revenue
  • Prepare annual plans to grow USPS volume
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews
  • Introduce new technologies and products
  • Increase account profitability
  • Manage customer experience post-sales
  • Identify growth opportunities
  • Build strong internal and external relationships
  • Act as key point of contact for customer needs
  • Be a product expert and industry advocate

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • 2+ years of relationship management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
