Job Description

The Major Account Manager is responsible for driving growth within a portfolio of top shipping clients, retaining volume, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to deliver successful outcomes for clients and Auctane.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a strategic book of business and increase portfolio revenue
  • Prepare annual plans to grow USPS volume
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews
  • Introduce new technologies and products
  • Increase account profitability
  • Manage customer experience post-sales
  • Identify growth opportunities
  • Build strong internal and external relationships
  • Act as key point of contact for customer needs
  • Be a product expert and industry advocate

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • 2+ years of relationship management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
