Energy Solutions is seeking an Energy Efficiency Associate to contribute to the implementation and monitoring of energy efficiency programs. This hybrid role involves working with proprietary software platforms, processing claims, providing technical support, and translating technical information for various audiences. Responsibilities

• Launching and monitoring low-code solutions on proprietary software platforms
• Implementing energy efficiency program tasks like claim processing and outreach
• Translating technical and non-technical program details
• Conducting user acceptance testing
• Providing technical support to peers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving abilities with formulas and data sets
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in a mission-driven team environment
• Prior energy industry or technical experience preferred
