Job Description

Energy Solutions is seeking a full-time Director of Energy Efficiency Programs to oversee and expand a portfolio of utility-funded energy efficiency programs in the Pacific Northwest. This leadership role involves managing teams, driving strategic growth, and advancing market-based solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve energy performance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership and management qualities
• Oversee and develop annual growth plans
• Manage and support a multidisciplinary team
• Oversee program delivery ensuring quality and impact
• Monitor program performance and budgets
• Engage with clients and stakeholders
• Lead business development efforts
• Review and approve client deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years’ experience with program implementation and growth
• 10+ years of work experience with 5+ years of supervision
• Knowledge of energy efficiency principles and utility programs
• Proven track record of delivering utility-funded programs
• Experience with budgeting and financial oversight
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong client and project management skills
• Exceptional communication skills
