Job Description

Energy Solutions is seeking a Workday Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain solutions within the Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA platforms. This role will support HR, Finance, and other business stakeholders by creating system enhancements, integrations, reports, and dashboards to improve organizational efficiency and decision-making. The position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment of Workday solutions with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and financial systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday technical issues
• Support end users with Workday functionality and reporting
• Develop, test, and deploy Workday reports and calculated fields
• Design and maintain Workday integrations
• Gather requirements for enhancements and process improvements
• Interpret business requirements into technical solutions
• Monitor Workday system performance
• Ensure system design complies with policies and regulations
• Perform Workday system updates
• Develop dashboards and analytics
• Evaluate and improve system workflows
• Support system audits
• Test and implement Workday upgrades
• Provide training and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field
• 5 years of experience as a Workday Developer
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Report Writer
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA modules
• Proficiency in web services (SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT) and database querying (SQL)
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
